Not Penn State (not even close), but...

... I wonder why it's acceptable to keep this guy in a counseling job but not in his job as a football coach.  Seems like his, uh, error reflects as much on his fitness to counsel as it does on his ability to coach.

I'm somewhat heartened (and surprised) that 75% of the readers of that story say he shouldn't keep his job. Interesting that the BHS administration doesn't have the common sense the pubic does.

I saw, and shared, this story with a number of my friends via email -- and that was a huge topic of concern overall: none could believe that he kept his job as guidance counselor. This disbelief came from both the Americans and Germans that I shared the story with!
